For optimise results, it is recommended to undergo treatments every four to six weeks. Following the completion of a series of treatments, the results can endure for up to one to two years.

Numbing cream is applied before the treatment, ensuring a comfortable experience with minimal to no discomfort. You may feel a gradual warming sensation, and after a few minutes, there might be brief, fleeting moments of heat in the treatment area due to the laser energy, which will quickly subside.

Similar to other laser procedures, the post-treatment care for this procedure is simple and minimal:

  • Maintain clean and well-hydrated skin.
  • Always shield your skin with sunscreen.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals in your skincare routine.

We also advise exercising additional caution in the sun for a few days following the treatment.

  • Contra-indication:
    • Pregnancy or lactation
    • High dosage of oral isotretinoin
    • Hypertrophic scarring tendencies
    • History of light or photo-allergy reactions
    • Presence of inflammatory skin conditions such as active acne, allergies, or infections
    • Dark skin types (FP type 4-6)
    • Highly sensitive skin or severe skin issues
    • Existing skin disorders such as eczema, keloids, scars, or skin cancer
    • Blood disorders or nervous disorders such as panic attacks
  • Precaution
    • Stop the usage of Ro-accutane/topical tretinoin for a week
    • Stop the usage of anti-coagulants or aspirin if possible
